Over two decades installing hydraulic systems in residential construction in the Algarve. We started with traditional plumbing and evolved into integrated systems — underfloor heating, solar thermal, air-source heat pumps — keeping up with regulatory requirements for energy efficiency and the rising technical bar of developments in the region.
Today, iStarTec delivers complete installations on projects from Portimão to Faro, working regularly with leading construction firms such as Ordem Geométrica and Grupo Libertas, and with developers such as emohb.

In scope: internal hydraulic networks — cold and hot water (multilayer, copper, PEX, PPR), DHW and solar thermal, domestic wastewater drainage, internal rainwater drainage, internal fire hose reels, sanitary equipment, kitchen plumbing.
Out of scope: roadworks and urban developments, public collectors, public natural gas networks, public hydrants, road gullies and drains. For natural gas we subcontract certified companies with category 9 licence.
